Ex Radio 1 Breakfast show DJ Mark, livens up your afternoons with his unique northern wit direct from his Middlesbrough Studio, playing all the latest hits.

From owning 2 commercial radio stations and broadcasting on around 40 others, Mark Page has a wealth of media experience. Aged 16yrs, Mark was Britain’s youngest radio DJ, and becoming the youngest breakfast DJ for Radio Tees, producing record listening figures and making him a Teesside legend! In the mid-80’s, Page was scooped up by Radio One and presented breakfast shows, chart shows, Saturday Live and Celebrity Pop Quiz.

After 4yrs, Mark returned to a full mix of radio work, hosting 10 shows a week on BBC local radio, commercial radio, Forces Radio and Radio Luxembourg. He soon picked up awards including International Radio Personality of the Year at the New York Radio Awards in 1990 for Clyde FM and Britain’s Best Breakfast Show the Sony Gold Awards the following year for Aire FM in Leeds.

In 2001, Mark founded Garrison FM, which was described by the Ministry of Defence as “probably the MoD’s best value service provider”. Page won the Gold Award at the New Yorks for his comedy Mark at the Manger and in 2012 the station was as runner-up for UK Radio Station of the Year. Mark loves his football and gets to enjoy the action up close as a pitch side MC and big screen presenter for Middlesbrough FC, Hartlepool United, England and Tam GB!
