Roger Twiggy Day
Join Roger "Twiggy" Day growing old disgracefully for a real slice of radio!!
Twiggy started his career in the 1960’s spinning discs at Dreamland in Margate, and went on to be a Pirate DJ working for off-shore stations; Swinging Radio England, Radio Caroline South, Radio Luxembourg and Radio Northsea International.
In the 1970’s Twiggy moved on to work in commercial radio and has worked for many stations since including; Manchester's Piccadilly Radio, Birmingham's BRMB, Radio West in Bristol, BBC Radio Kent, Pirate FM in Cornwall and Jazz FM in London amongst others.
Voted ‘Best Live DJ’ back in seventies, Roger is passionate about his music and likes to escape from the radio stations that are forced to play the same list of songs over and over again around the clock.
